This is achieved by:
• Dealing with our customers in a friendly but correct manner.
• In the event of quality defects, first rectifying them to the customer's satisfaction, and then discussing the allocation of rectification costs.
• Working to achieve continuous improvement and meeting requirements.
• Involving and informing all employees about our quality programme. The information must be open and accessible.

We are ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 certified and thus comply with the manufacturing industry's most recent quality and environmental standards.
