Our measures include separation at source, which has enabled us to reduce the amount of waste sent for disposal and/or landfill to less than one tonne per year.
The vacuum forming technique involves heating, moulding and then cooling rectangular sheets. Excess material is then removed. In principle all waste, including scrapped products, is granulated in separate mills. The regranulate is sent to special extruders for the production of new sheets.
All our plants now have heat recovery systems, which means we are completely self-sufficient with regard to our heating.
We are ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 certified and thus comply with the manufacturing industry's most recent quality and environmental standards.
