Work environment policy

We shall have a good work environment that enables employees to develop and is adapted to their needs and requirements. We shall create and maintain a good work environment with regard to employees' physical and mental health

To achieve this we shall:
• Prevent illness and accidents.
• Comply with applicable legislation and other requirements.
• Develop employees' personal responsibility through information, education and active participation in the work environment programme.
• Not accept stimulant drugs and alcohol.
• Treat everyone in the workplace with respect.

Each supervisor/manager is responsible for the work environment in their unit. Work environment issues shall be dealt with at the company's meetings.
